The Company holds some particularly prestigious approvals, including being the regional Premier Authorised Service Centre for Samsung AV products, being the UK’s only approved ONKYO warranty repair, technical support and spares organization. GenServe is also the only UK company authorized to carry out High Definition 1080p upgrades to Denon equipment.
GenServe provides a call-out service where we send qualified engineers to customers' houses / premises within our area. If you are not in our area (we'll let you know!), we can arrange same day or next day overnight courier collections and deliveries from / to you anywhere in mainland UK, or further away if necessary. GenServe can repair most brands of LCD projector. Such projectors generally require an annual service to ensure ongoing high performance. GenServe's engineers are trained to do this, either on-site at a customer's premises, or back at GenServe's workshops. Please contact us for further details.
GenServe's engineers are City & Guilds qualified to carry out Portable Appliance Testing, using our own, calibrated equipment. This can be done on-site at a customer's premises, or at GenServe if you would rather bring the items to us. As well as labelling each item as tested, we always provide a spreadsheet of the items tested, for your records - this includes unit information, location and next test due date - which provides further evidence of testing as well as adding to your asset register data.
