GenServe places great store in providing a fast, highly professional service. We are well aware that the products we repair are important to our customers' lifestyles.

The labour charge for all repairs is fixed and depends on the nature of the product being repaired; GenServe publishes its labour charges for non-Warranty repairs in its Swindon Reception and is happy to discuss them over the phone and via e-mail with potential customers.

This labour charge is always split into two parts – an up-front non-refundable Inspection Fee payable when a unit arrives at GenServe, and a further payment of the remainder of the labour charge should the repair go ahead. For the Inspection Fee, GenServe confirms to the customer exactly what is causing the fault with the unit and what the cost will be of any necessary spare parts; only if the Customer accepts the cost of spare parts (if any are required) will the repair proceed, and then GenServe asks for the remainder of the labour charge plus the agreed price of any spare parts.

GenServe provides a full Parts and Labour Warranty on all its repairs and only uses genuine manufacturers' parts where they are available.
